Sales Support Administrator (Admin + In-House Sales)
We’re hiring a Sales Support Administrator for a busy team.
This is a blended role, combining administration and in-house sales, ideal for someone organised who enjoys working with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track customer orders
- Support the sales team with admin and quotes
- Handle customer queries (phone & email)
- Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, finance)
- Maintain accurate records and systems
- Following up on sales leads and bringing in new business
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in admin or sales support
- Confidence in sales and converting leads to sales
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communicator
- Good IT skills (MS Office / CRM)
- Proactive and customer-focused
