Sales Support Administrator (Admin + In-House Sales)

We’re hiring a Sales Support Administrator for a busy team.
This is a blended role, combining administration and in-house sales, ideal for someone organised who enjoys working with customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process and track customer orders
  • Support the sales team with admin and quotes
  • Handle customer queries (phone & email)
  • Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Liaise with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, finance)
  • Maintain accurate records and systems
  • Following up on sales leads and bringing in new business

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in admin or sales support
  • Confidence in sales and converting leads to sales
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator
  • Good IT skills (MS Office / CRM)
  • Proactive and customer-focused
