Validation / Quality Engineer

Salary: €50,000 – €70,000 DOE
About the Role
We are partnering with a leading Life Science manufacturer based in County Carlow to recruit a Validation / Quality Engineer. This role plays a key part in ensuring equipment, utilities, and processes meet regulatory standards and operational excellence objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for equipment, utilities, and systems.
- Support quality system improvements and regulatory compliance across manufacturing operations.
- Review and approve validation documentation and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process compliance.
- Participate in audits and CAPA activities to maintain continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in validation or quality within pharma, biopharma, or medical devices.
- Excellent knowledge of GMP, FDA, and ISO standards.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and project management skills.
