Salary: €36,379 – €52,436 per year (€17.49 – €25.51 per hour)

What You’ll Do

Support adults with intellectual disabilities in daily living

Promote independence, dignity, and inclusion in the community

Develop and deliver person-centred care and support plans
-
Assist with personal care, household tasks, and social activities
-
Administer medication and maintain accurate records
-
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team
-
Ensure all care meets HIQA and safeguarding standards
What You’ll Need
-
Level 7 QQI qualification in Social Care Studies (or equivalent)
-
At least 1 year’s experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities or vulnerable adults
-
Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Knowledge of HIQA regulations and person-centred planning
-
Full, clean driver’s licence (vehicle provided for resident transport)

Flexibility for evenings, nights, weekends, and 24-hour shifts
Desirable:
-
Training in Studio 3 or Positive Behaviour Support
-
Experience in residential, community, or not-for-profit settings
-
Familiarity with the New Directions model of care
