Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Our Dublin-based client is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead growth and excellence in digital marketing and branding. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious leader to join the senior management team, driving this segment of the business while building a top-notch team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing mix, including social media, digital advertising, email marketing, SEO, website content, and performance metrics, enabling them to effectively plan, measure, and discuss strategies and KPIs.

Your core duties include:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing and branding strategy that aligns with the agency’s goals and client objectives.
Provide strategic direction to the digital marketing team, ensuring high-quality service delivery that meets and exceeds client expectations.

Team Management:

Lead and motivate a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring timely delivery while upholding high-quality standards.

Client Services:

Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary contact for key accounts.
Gain a deep understanding of client needs and challenges to provide strategic guidance and ensure ongoing satisfaction.

New Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base and revenue.
Create and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to prospective clients.

Agency Growth:

Collaborate with the leadership team to drive the overall growth and success of the agency.
Partner with the events team to integrate digital marketing and branding services into the agency’s comprehensive offerings.

Qualifications:

6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and account management.
Proven success in agency settings, with strong team management and client relationship-building skills.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies.
Demonstrated success in new business development and expanding service offerings.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
