Sales Operations Administrator

Our client is a premium distributor of commercial vehicle aftermarket parts across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. Due to continued growth in Ireland, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced full-time 'Sales Operations Administrator' to join our fast-paced sales department based in Naas, Ireland.

The successful applicant’s duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Processing parts orders on Opera I.T system when needed
  • Liaise with internal & external staff regarding customer orders & enquiries
  • Liaise with couriers regarding customer deliveries and manage the daily logistics for the Ireland division.
  • Controlling all returns/warranties/surcharges for sales department, weekly reporting to management on same.
  • Responsible for the replenishment of Irish/Uk supplier products for the division.
  • Liaising with other site managers to plan for the intercompany movements of stock between branches.
  • Working closely with colleagues in operations and goods in to ensure an efficient supply chain.
  • Manage replenishment parameters from the suppliers (such as forecasting, lead times, MOQ etc).
  • KPI Reporting – weekly/monthly
