Recovery Driver – Roadside Assistance
Location: Dublin and Greater Dublin Area
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €42,000 base | OTE €49,000–€60,000 (including bonuses and overtime)
Overview
A leading national roadside assistance provider is seeking experienced Recovery Drivers to join its operations team. This is a full-time, permanent role involving the recovery and transportation of vehicles, roadside support, and customer service. Key Responsibilities

Attend roadside incidents and assess recovery requirements.

Safely recover and transport vehicles to designated locations.

Provide a professional and courteous service to customers at all times.

Operate recovery vehicles and equipment in compliance with safety and operational standards.

Communicate effectively with the central operations team to coordinate recovery and support services.
Experience and Requirements

Full, clean Category C and EC driving licences.

Knowledge of vehicle recovery operations and mechanical principles.

Flexibility to work 40 hours per week across 5 of 7 days, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Safety-conscious and reliable with a professional attitude.
Desirable:

Manual Handling Certificate.

Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
