Production Operator – High Precision Plastics Manufacturing
Our client is a leading global provider of optimised manufacturing solutions for high-precision plastics. Services include:

Shift Details:
- 12-hour shifts (days & nights)
- Weekend shifts included
- Sunday premium applies
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will:
- Inspect parts visually and with measuring devices; record measurements and alert relevant personnel to deviations
- Classify parts as Accept/Reject per procedure; package and place finished product in correct locations
- Complete daily machine reports: shot counts, press scrap, cycle times, production
- Monitor product quality using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and input data into the computer
- Maintain procedures and documentation to meet ISO9001:2000, ISO13485, ISO14001 standards
- Follow safety protocols, using PPE (gown, cap, safety shoes, etc.)
- Verify part counts via weighing; check scale accuracy
- Ensure correct raw materials are staged and ready for each machine/shift
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Perform additional duties as requested by the supervisor
Candidate Requirements
- Be eligible to work in Ireland
- Have previous experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment
- Be willing to work a 4-shift roster in a 24/7 operation
- Possess strong verbal reasoning, numeracy, and mechanical aptitude
- Have good written and oral communication skills
- Have basic computer knowledge
