Are you detail-oriented with experience in paint tinting and colour mixing? Our client based in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin is looking for a Paint Tinting & Mixing Technician to join their team and ensure the accurate preparation of paints, lacquers, and stains while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Tint and mix materials based on given recipes, ensuring quality and consistency.
Retain samples and maintain batch records for future reference.
Keep the workspace and machinery (dispensers, mixers, shakers) clean and operational.
Identify and report equipment faults and errors in recipes.
Adhere to safety procedures and waste management protocols.
Train and support less experienced workers.
Adjust and rework returned materials.
Operate and maintain Corob/Dromont tinting machines.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in paint tinting, colour mixing, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to follow production schedules and meet deadlines.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality control.

Benefits:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
25 days annual leave + Good Friday off
