Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative and organised individual to support our sales and management teams in a hands-on operational marketing role. This position is ideal for someone with strong design and technical skills, who can execute multiple projects, coordinate team efforts to meet deadlines, and contribute passionately to the brand’s print and online presence. Over time, this role offers the potential to take on strategic responsibility as part of our dynamic and ambitious group.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO & Web Management:

  • Oversee Google search performance for campaigns, divisions, and branches, including posting promotions and images to boost SEO.

  • Develop and upload new imagery, subpages, and videos while maintaining website content.

  • Enhance SEO positioning for new products and optimise images for web performance.

  • Redesign and update website sections including divisions, products, news, customer service, office supplies, and security.

  • Refresh product information across websites and Google branch listings.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube accounts.

  • Update content and link social media posts to the website to support growth.

  • Ensure high-quality, relevant imagery across all platforms.

  • Maintain and refresh YouTube channels with new content.

Google Management:

  • Manage Google accounts, create and publish posts, and monitor announcements.

  • Develop and manage content updates, product announcements, and posts across multiple business portals.

Brand & Awareness:

  • Liaise with branding and design companies to coordinate the creation of business cards, flyers, labels, brochures, tender documents, safety documents, insurance forms, certificates, and employee professional profiles.

  • Enhance brand and branch recognition through strategic optimisation on Google search and division campaigns.

  • Lead rebranding initiatives for products as required.

Marketing Materials Coordination:

  • Design, update, and print sales flyers, brochures, wall charts, and other marketing materials in line with group and division branding.

  • Update “Meet the Team” brochures and produce PowerPoint presentations for tenders and business proposals.

  • Develop and maintain advertising, sponsorship, and training kit designs.

  • Support trade customers with revised price lists, website short videos, and marketing content throughout the year.

  • Coordinate new business campaigns from concept to execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and graphic design.

  • Strong technical skills with website content management systems (CMS) and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across teams.
