Laboratory Technician / Analyst

About the Role
Our client, a leading Life Science organisation based in County Kildare, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician / Analyst to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their technical expertise in a modern, regulated laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products in line with GMP and GLP requirements.
- Prepare samples, reagents, and documentation accurately to support analytical testing.
- Perform analysis using techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV spectroscopy.
- Record and interpret data, ensuring results are reported within required timelines.
- Participate in laboratory investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain calibration and upkeep of laboratory equipment.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years’ experience in a GMP or regulated laboratory environment (pharma, biotech, or food).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
