Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Wednesday – Sunday, approx. 3:00pm – 10:00pm
About the Role:
A rapidly expanding hospitality business operating multiple food service units in Naas and Clane, with a new site opening in Newbridge, is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of daily operations, drive performance across locations, and support future business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining product quality, and overseeing operational standards. You will work directly with the business owner, who will support you while giving you autonomy to run the operation day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations across multiple food service locations

Lead and motivate staff to consistently deliver excellent customer service

Ensure weekly performance and sales targets are achieved

Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships

Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and brand presentation

Handle scheduling, training, and staff performance management

Report operational performance and improvement strategies to the owner
Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or operations management

Confident managing people and leading by example

Strong commercial awareness and experience working towards targets

Highly organised with excellent problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Full driving licence desirable due to multi-site responsibilities
