Executive Administrator (Part-Time)

My client, Treo Eile, is a not-for-profit organisation established in 2020 with the mission of increasing the retraining of ex-racehorses after their racetrack careers conclude. They are currently seeking an experienced Executive Administrator with accounts experience to join their team. This will be a Part-Time ,  multi-faceted role, you will be an integral part of the organisation. You will be involved in all aspects of the business which includes developing and growing the organisation to respond to the needs of the racing industry. You will also be involved in fundraising, sponsorship and liaising with individuals across all levels. Reporting to the Directors, your core duties will include:

Core Duties:

  • Assist in the development and execution of Treo Eile's strategy e.g., Drive fundraising initiatives and activities to secure necessary funds.
  • Liaise with directors to ensure clear communication and alignment on strategic initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with sponsors and supporters, ensuring sustained engagement and support.
  • Represent Treo Eile at racecourses, awards ceremonies, and other events.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of the annual Christmas Show.
  • Work with and manage the executive officer and other employees, including conducting evaluation appraisals and facilitating personal development.
  • Coordinate with all contractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead fundraising initiatives to secure financial support for Treo Eile.
  • Implement procedures and processes to ensure strong controls and operational efficiencies.
  • Approve invoices and manage payments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Manage charity applications and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
