Our client is a leading international brand within the luxury retail and hospitality sector, known for delivering exceptional guest experiences and premium customer engagement. They are now seeking a talented CRM & Engagement Manager to join their team in Kildare.

The Role

Reporting to the senior marketing team, this role will manage and optimise the company’s CRM and membership programmes, driving engagement, loyalty, and growth through targeted communications and data-driven insights.

You will play a key role in understanding guest behaviour, managing multi-channel campaigns, and supporting acquisition and retention strategies across a high-value customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day CRM operations and guest communication programmes.
Analyse customer data to deliver insights and improve engagement.
Develop and execute email and digital campaigns to enhance loyalty.
Support membership growth, retention, and segmentation strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver personalised communications and consistent brand messaging.
Report on CRM performance, membership activity, and campaign ROI.

About You

5+ years’ experience in CRM, customer engagement, or loyalty marketing.
Experience within retail, hospitality, or luxury brands preferred.
Skilled in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Responsys) and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Google Analytics).
Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and project-management skills.
Good understanding of GDPR and data privacy principles.
Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
