Client Relationship Lead

Due to rapid growth, our client is seeking an Propositions Lead to manage the development of customer offerings to our existing and new customers joining our Network. Working closely with both the sales, marketing and operations teams, the successful candidate will see their decisions made real in the built environment, helping speed the transition to sustainable mobility. The successful candidate will be given the space to grow their skills in a stimulating work environment that will complement their continued education in both formal and informal settings.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and manage innovative propositions for EV charging solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new product features and services.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the EV charging sector.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define go-to-market strategies.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for proposition development.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of propositions, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Key Qualifications
 

  • Proven experience in product management or a similar role within the EV charging or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the energy utility market, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive projects.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of developing successful propositions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
