Client Accounts Administrator
My client, based in Kildare, is seeking a Client Accounts Administrator. Reporting directly to the Client Accounts Manager, the role involves providing top-tier customer service to a diverse range of client account holders, ensuring efficient responses to all inquiries. The key responsibilities and competencies required for this role are as follows:
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, managing a high volume of queries and issues through online channels, phone, and in-person interactions, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Distribute prize money on a monthly basis for clients in collaboration with relevant organisations.
• Process daily cash and journal receipts into client accounts.
• Handle payments for third-party invoices on behalf of clients via online banking.
• Assist the team in developing the inhouse system.
• Update client account records and perform general account management tasks.
• Manage credit control procedures for overdue accounts
• Perform various reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, as required.
• Conduct weekly audits of all journals and reconcile bank and holding accounts.
• Participate in ad-hoc duties / projects and additional duties as needed.
Skills and Experience:
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to foster positive working relationships.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Capacity to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Exceptional organisational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
** This is a 11 month contract role**
