We are partnering with our client to recruit for a Brand Manager who will be responsible for the coordination of the development of advertising/marketing communications materials by creative design and creative writing services to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organisation to customers and prospects. The person will apply various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and encourage a preference and response by the target audience for the organisation and its products, services and brands. They will develop and coordinate multimedia packages and will be involved in sponsorships, events and sales promotions.
This is a 9 month maternity cover position, reporting to the European Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
• Plan, deliver and manage effective offline campaigns that engage with the target audience to generate valuable leads / enquiries for the sales team
• Prepare engaging content marketing for your Brand for online and offline communications
• Co-ordinate event management as required, including exhibitions, sponsorships, tradeshows etc.
• Analyse, evaluate, and monitor campaign activities and ROI
• Work closely with the external sales team and deliver engaging internal communications
• Manage work through various marketing agencies to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget
• Manage an agreed budget
• Any other duties that are within the capability of the job holder that may be required from time to time
 • Members of the Commercial Leadership Team - weekly meetings and actions.
• Attend all Regional Marketing Tribe meetings and work across borders within the Group, Divisional and Regional (West Europe) Marketing community.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of database segmentation preferable
  • Conscientious and takes responsibility to deliver outstanding marketing communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to manage workload to meet deadline
  • Exceptional proofreading skills and an eye for detail and creativity
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently
  • Experience of working with and managing agencies to deliver to a set brief
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills
  • High level of awareness, pro-active approach towards safety, with a track record of achieving high standards of safety for self, team members, all colleagues and third parties as appropriate
  • Hold a full, clean driver’s license
  • Fluent in English (Written & Oral)
  • Relevant degree and/or qualification
  • 3 plus years of experience within a marketing role
