Clark Temporary are excited to the successful candidate an opportunity to join our client’s sales administration team on an initial temporary contract, and with a view to a permanent position in the future. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment and receive exceptional team support and camaraderie.
You will need strong administration experience and attention to detail. The successful candidate is required to be systems savvy, with excellent people and communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Process Sales Orders, efficiently and accurately
- Update orders, secure purchase order numbers
- Ensure and confirm all order details and be a key liaison with clients in resolving phone or email queries
- Maintain the Purchase Order log, monitoring and tracking changes and updates
- Provide support to the sales team as required
- Secure all relevant information in order to provide accurate client quotations
- Update customers on delivery schedules as necessary
- Any other duties compatible with your skills and experience and as directed by your manager in the development of the role and the sales function
