A new opportunity has arisen as they build out their Talent Acquisition team for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for the end to end talent acquisition process across a number of business functions.
About the role
- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the hiring process runs effectively and efficiently and a first class candidate experience is delivered
- Ensure best practice in the use of selection interviews and assessment processes
- Source, interview and manage the offer process for all roles
- Ensure hiring targets are met by consistently deliver high-quality candidates for a broad range of roles across a number of disciplines
- Support the business in continuously improving efficiencies in the recruitment process in line with business demands and market trends
- Provide updates to the business on Talent Acquisition and employment trends, and propose creative and innovative solutions
- Leverage digital, social media and physical channels to create, drive and maintain employer branding
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Engage effectively with all stakeholders in the talent acquisition process
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
Requirements
- Advanced recruiting experience with In-house Talent Acquisition experience in the Irish market
- Experience in hiring for technical roles, ideally construction or related
- Knowledge of local Irish employment law, permit process and right to work regulations.
- Experience working across social media platforms to develop candidate attraction campaigns
- Proven track record building relationships at all levels
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, organisational and negotiating skills, with the ability to work off own initiative.
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems.
