Partnering with our Naas based client, we are looking for a Part-time / Full time Administrator/ Receptionist. Personable, diligent, and focused you will be a charismatic individual with excellent organisational skills. Used to working in a fast-paced environment you will have superb communication skills, great attention to detail and can liaise with people across all levels. As the front of house, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:


Core responsibilities:

  1. Dealing with reception – greeting clients.
  2. Scanning both general and life files.
  3. Uploading applications for life assurance products and mortgage files.
  4. Chasing of pipeline.
  5. General ad hoc office duties.



  1. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  2. Attention to detail
  3. Must have excellent customer service skills
  4. Similar experience in a previous role
  5. Must have a background in the Banking or Insurance industry
