Clark Recruitment are working with Irelands leading luxury retail destination based in Co. Kildare to recruit a Senior Partnership Manager. In this permanent full-time leadership role you will focus on the delivery of key Partnership goals and objectives. In your new role you will report to the Marketing Director.

Your responsibilities

  • Define the overall B2B plan and approach in conjunction with the Marketing Director
  • Successfully create and implement a strategy to deliver sales, footfall weekly targets
  • Directly manage a portfolio of strategic partners
  • Establish annual revenue targets and other KPI’s for each partner and be accountable for their achievement
  • Define and make recommendations on the commercial framework
  • Build detailed knowledge of their market/portfolio - key partners, new innovations, marketing intelligence and insight, etc
  • Create annual partnership calendar to comprise always-on strategy and commercial programme with additional seasonal or other campaign activations (commercial proposition & content material)
  • Focus on HNW ‘high net worth’ segments and premium tiers for guest acquisition
  • Identify & sign new relevant partners and integrate into our portfolio
  • Budget ownership – sales, investment and RoI.
  • Continuous improvement of systems to monitor, review, stretch performance targets & improve the performance of partnerships.

Skills & Attributes

  • A minimum 10-year senior management experience
  • An understanding of the Hospitality Premium/Luxury Brand Segment
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Marketing and / or Business degree preferable.
  • Experience in Strategy and planning, driving revenue growth based on ROI, business development, new product development, relationships managements, CRM, team management.
  • A Luxury, Destination and/or Retail background would be advantageous.
  • A demonstrable Commercial and financial acumen
  • Senior Partner/Account/Sales Management Experience
  • Strong strategic mindset and ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
  • Flexibility to travel regularly
  • Ability to work to specific KPI’s
