Our Client is expanding and have a terrific opportunity for the successful candidate to join their HR team in a supporting role. While this is a temporary position, there is scope for it to grow. An immediate start is essential.
You will support the recruiter(s) in terms of:
- Screening and shortlisting candidates
- Updating the database
- Inputting candidates on the system to generate a profile
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring candidates turn up
- A lot of phone and email correspondence
- Ensuring new starters have their paperwork in order and it is compliant
- Ensuring new starters have their uniforms
- Proofing documents
- Ad-hoc admin duties as requested
You are required to have:
- Previous experience using Microsoft word, excel and outlook
- Be articulate and a polite and confident phone manner
- Organised with a strong eye for detail
- Proactive and adaptable
The role is Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm.
