Our Client is expanding and have a terrific opportunity for the successful candidate to join their HR team in a supporting role. While this is a temporary position, there is scope for it to grow. An immediate start is essential. 

You will support the recruiter(s) in terms of:

  • Screening and shortlisting candidates
  • Updating the database
  • Inputting candidates on the system to generate a profile
  • Coordinating interviews and ensuring candidates turn up
  • A lot of phone and email correspondence
  • Ensuring new starters have their paperwork in order and it is compliant
  • Ensuring new starters have their uniforms
  • Proofing documents
  • Ad-hoc admin duties as requested

You are required to have:

  • Previous experience using Microsoft word, excel and outlook
  • Be articulate and a polite and confident phone manner
  • Organised with a strong eye for detail
  • Proactive and adaptable

The role is Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm.
