We are partnering with our Rathcoole based client to recruit for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. In this fast paced role your main responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service.
Your role will involve:
- Raising customer orders to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests.
• Answering phone calls from customer on stock, order status.
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
• Maintaining a database of customer information.
• Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary.
• Checking product or service availability.
• Assisting customers with day-to-day enquiries.
• Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organization's offerings.
Skills required:
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
• Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities
• Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations
