We are partnering with our Kildare based client to recruit for an experienced Sales Executive to join their growing team. Your main responsibility in this role will be setting sales goals, developing sales strategies and to maximise all sales and revenue by generating new opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- You'll have experience in outbound lead generation/telesales using a consultative approach.
- You'll have the ability to work successfully in a target-based environment.
- You'll be driven by your ambition and own results.
- Resilient, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality.
- You'll have the ability to speak to a varied range of people and decision makers at different levels of the business.
- You'll be driven by great earning potential and career progression.

- Maintain effective working relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Ensure all sales activity is reported on CRM database.
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a proactive sales role.
- Target driven, resilient personality and a go getter.
- Be clear, concise and professional in all communications both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Work closely with management and other departments to achieve desired end results.
- Strong computer, presentation and reporting skills.
