Our client, Mondello Park, are recruiting for a creative Digital Marketing Executive to work in their fast paced business in Naas, Co. Kildare. Reporting directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will have a passion for technology and will be responsible for helping the organisation market Events, Customer Experience Days and Racing. You will have great attention to detail, excellent project management skills and a creative streak to think outside the box.



You will be responsible for:

  • Management, analysis and ongoing performance reviews of organic digital marketing campaigns to ensure success through sales, lead-generation and other important metrics.
  • Reporting on Marketing and Branding campaign performance to internal stakeholders.
  • Championing the Mondello Park Brand: responsible for promoting the Mondello Park brand and building support for it internally and externally by ensuring company branding is coherent and implemented throughout the venue.
  • Dealing with customers and identifying areas to improve on from a customer experience point of view.
  • Able to write press releases, website content and other communications documents.
  • Strong proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products (Photoshop and InDesign primarily) to create imagery & content.
  • A strong knowledge of and experience working with social networks, digital marketing platforms, software and tools including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, MailChimp (or similar email marketing. platforms), Google Sheets, Google Docs, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.

 

The main skills required for this position include:

 

  • Educational background in Digital Marketing / Traditional Marketing / Content Creation.
  • Strong experience with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok including creating and managing engaging and high-performing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of what works and what doesn’t work on social media and social media trends, for both organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Experience in growing a brand and achieving conversion success through organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of how to ensure brand consistency throughout the venue both online and offline.
  • Strong experience with delivering successful and engaging email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong Content Writing abilities (press releases and website content).
  • Must have a full valid driver’s license.
  • An strong understanding of GDPR laws and how to successfully execute campaigns whilst being compliant.
  • A clear understanding of marketing principles and user experience.
  •  Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
