We are partnering with our client to recruit for a Work Control Administrator. This is a full time permanent role based in Baldonnell, Co. Dublin. Please see below job specifications and requirements. 

Reporting to:  National Service Manager

The role will include:

  1. Calling customers to obtain meter readings
  2. Entering readings into the system
  3. Monitoring the status of meter reading collection
  4. Identifying and addressing blockages and barriers to obtaining readings
  5. Analysing meter reading information
  6. Providing updates and reports on the status of meter readings
  7. Answering the telephone and dealing with customer queries and requirements.
  8. Handling orders for customers, logging service calls, and inputting toner orders.
  9. Providing a high standard of service at all times, ensuring positive engagement with the customer.
  10. Covering Reception when Receptionist is absent.

Essential skills and experience are:

  • Strong customer-facing (telephone) skills
  • Excellent telephone manner (including calling to obtain information)
  • Good at influencing and persuading on the telephone
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and use own initiative
  • Committed, enthusiastic and flexible
  • Data entry and computer skills
  • Excellent analytical and administration skills with demonstrated strong attention to detail
  • Committed, enthusiastic and flexible
  • Experience of working in an office environment in a customer facing (telephone) role
  • Working as part of a team and coping well under pressure
  • Essential - own transport due to location
