Job Overview:
Our Call Centre is a very important part of our business, supporting the operation of our 6 nationwide stores as well as our Warehouse & Logistics operations. In addition, our Call Centre is the point of contact for all of our customers. The main responsibility of a Call Centre Operative is to consistently deliver a world class service for our customers.

To that purpose, we are committed to providing our customers with an easy and enjoyable furniture shopping experience. The Call Centre Operative is critical in ensuring we meet that goal. This person serves customers by answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming orders, scheduling deliveries and keeping customers informed of their order status.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide the frontline service to customers that will enhance the company’s position as one Ireland’s leading furniture retailers
Provide a friendly and efficient service in processing customer’s orders
Listens to the customers’ needs and presents possible options
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all products
Maintain excellent internal communications and cooperation with other departments
Proactively anticipate customer issues and taking appropriate action
Supporting delivery teams as they deliver product
Maintain a positive image of the company and our products
Responsible for executing all office administrative operations.


A minimum of 2 year’s customer service experience
Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented with good time management skills
Personable and enthusiastic with a positive outlook
Must have Microsoft Office experience.
