Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming calls and emails
- Processing all customer’s orders
- Handle customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Ensure that all reporting and administration is completed in a timely manner
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong call handling skills and active listening
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong customer orientation skills
- Be highly organised and used to working efficiently
- Proficient in computers/ IT and emailing
