Our highly successful Client in the manufacturing industry, is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role would suit an energetic and outgoing personality. The candidate should be able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and have the ability to multi - task. This is a temporary assignment lasting approximately 7 months.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming calls and emails
  • Processing all customer’s orders
  • Handle customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives 
  • Ensure that all reporting and administration is completed in a timely manner
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements:
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong call handling skills and active listening
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong customer orientation skills
  • Be highly organised and used to working efficiently
  • Proficient in computers/ IT and emailing
Salary band: €23,000 - €25,000
