We are partnering with our client to recruit a Process Analytics Sales Engineer. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for the sale of a specific portfolio into the Irish Markets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and grow sales of the company portfolio into the Irish Market.

Ensure appropriate hands on management of key customer relationships.

Assess and create a strategy for growth of this sector in Ireland.

Prove credibility in the market sector through technical and product application knowledge.

Develop and deliver sales, volume and margin budgets, plus sector-specific marketing plans (including exhibitions) to Pharmaceutical customers.

Set measurable annual and quarterly objectives for self.

Negotiate price and commercial terms with customers.

Proactively identify and develop opportunities to partner with customers to provide added-value solutions.

Requirements:

You will have the ability to develop customer relationships to product conversion success.

Ability to work proactively and independently.

You will have strong organisation skills, have the ability to set targets and monitor results.

You will be educated to Bachelor's degree or higher in chemistry / biotech / process engineering or other relevant discipline.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years' related experience in technical sales.

Recognise the accreditations and other compliance expectations required by the customer base.
