Our client, based in Kill, Co. Kildare are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company on a permanent basis. The role is office based.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing creditors
- Credit Control where required
- Preparing lodgements
- Bank Reconciliations
- Maintaining bank and cashbooks
- Monthly review and reconciliation of debtors and creditor balances
- Expense analysis
- Cashflow Management
- Additional administration tasks in line with business requirements
Requirements
- Experienced book-keeping skills
- Excellent I.T. skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong Accounts systems experience – Sage beneficial
- Experience taking accounts to trial balance and dealing with external auditors
- Excellent numeric & accuracy skills
- Ability to work as part of a team & also on own initiative
- Ability to time manage effectively
- Strong Administration experience
