Our client, based in Kill, Co. Kildare are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company on a permanent basis.  The role is office based.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing creditors
  • Credit Control where required
  • Preparing lodgements
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Maintaining bank and cashbooks
  • Monthly review and reconciliation of debtors and creditor balances
  • Expense analysis
  • Cashflow Management
  • Additional administration tasks in line with business requirements

Requirements

  • Experienced book-keeping skills
  • Excellent I.T. skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong Accounts systems experience – Sage beneficial
  • Experience taking accounts to trial balance and dealing with external auditors
  • Excellent numeric & accuracy skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team & also on own initiative
  • Ability to time manage effectively
  • Strong Administration experience
