We are partnering with our client to recruit a Learning Administrator to join their expending HR Team based in Kildare. This is a superb opportunity to work within a HR SSC environment. You will build key relationships across the company. Reporting to the Head of HR your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

  • As a Learning Administrator you will provide functional and technical support for the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) Globally.
  • Your responsibilities will include the creation of available learning objects, including online courses, events, training courses, curricula, materials, videos, and checklists with appropriate configuration based on system standards and company policies
  • Ensure that training content is delivered and delivered without interruption, degradation, or technical issues, and handle end-user troubleshooting and technical support via the Internet ticketing system.
  • Handle the creation of test questions and exams as well as maintaining the accuracy of the test question database
  • Analyse user data to develop dynamic and static groups as well as monitor for recurring issues
  • You will update content, maintain versions, deploy assignments, and take charge of optimizing the automation of assignment processes
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide training, meet audit requirements, and have regular meetings with the Global LMS Administrator to work on developing and improving LMS operational processes, procedures, and policies
  • Register and maintain external learner database (learner access)
  • Co-ordination of Corporate Learning including scheduling training, communication with Corporate Learning Specialist and/or Corporate Business Stakeholder, 3rd party vendor, instructors and participants
  • Through appropriate documentation, ensure the LMS governance model is followed and the system is optimized
  • As an LMS subject matter expert, you will develop best practices and requirements for curricula and program creation and delivery and advise content owners on system configuration
  • Your responsibilities will include exploring and identifying unused functionality within the LMS to make further improvements to fully exploit the capabilities of the company LMS system.

 

Experience and skills:

  • Educated to degree level in HR or relevant discipline
  • Excellent IT Skills with experience in working with a Learning Management System (Success Factors Learning) in an enterprise environment
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Learning and Development team
  • Experience working in a Shared Service Centre setting is desirable
  • Highly organised with a strong consultative approach
  • Effective communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy rate
  • Fluent English, with a preference for a second language
  • Knowledge of SCORM, browser, and eLearning support standards
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills and a work ethic with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and self-structured to meet deadlines and work cross-functionally in a global organization
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, to enable report analyses
  • Experience supporting users in multiple departments
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English (other language specifically: German, French, Spanish or Mandarin) preferred
