We are partnering with our client to recruit for an experienced administrator to join a busy team in the Naas area. The role is fast paced and requires strong attention to detail. The role requires a significant amount of flexibility due to the nature of the work.

  Responsibilities:

•Sharing Reception duties to include taking incoming calls and forwarding same.

•Managing correspondence.

•Logistics administration, planning and co-ordination of transport for daily shipments.

•Completion of documentation to accompany shipments.

•Invoicing for shipping department.

•Production and stock administration, including data entry, checking records and distribution of information.

•Working as part of a team ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

 

  • Previous administration experience ideally gained within customs clearance documentation.
  • Professional, friendly manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Strong attention to detail
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  •  Adaptable and flexible.
  •  Requirement for overtime particularly on Friday evenings with a usual finish time between 7:00/7.30pm.
