Our client is seeking to recruit for a Marketing Manager who will support their global marketing efforts. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Marketing you will develop various campaigns, projects and events that ultimately drive the company mission forward to deliver greater efficiencies and a greener planet. Leading a variety of strategic work streams, you will be in a unique position to learn from experienced professionals while also having your voice heard.

Some projects you will tackle include:

  • Take ownership of the brand – internally and externally. Develop a deep understanding of the products and solutions.
  • Provide input on Marketing priorities and the strategy and direction of the company messaging.
  • Work with our experts and help spread their knowledge and expertise: develop sales presentations; host webinars and other events.
  • Extract business-level impacts and messaging from technical documentation and conversations with subject matter experts.
  • Manage the company presence on a variety of channels including social media, website, press releases, podcasts, etc. Evaluate and manage campaigns in a data-driven manner.
  • Become a trusted liaison with commercial partners to develop long-term relationships and help our customers tell the story of our collaboration via our commercial projects.
  • Manage a variety of internal communication, public relations, media relations and other communication needs.
  • Carry out detailed and thoughtful research to expand our market reach.
  • Turn your creative vision into reality as you manage the development of various customer-facing content, for instance: develop project videos to explain how our technology using visuals, diagrams or materials to illustrate use cases or value propositions.
  • Support company presence at industry events including: manage the overall event strategy, develop marketing collateral, coordinate logistics for people and supplies, attend events to engage in conversations with industry stakeholders to raise awareness of the brand.
  • Act as an owner when projects are assigned and have the courage to seek guidance and have thoughtful check-ins to ensure the task is on track with overall strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Strong critical thinking capabilities
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a global team
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple competing priorities
  • Technical aptitude
  • Data analysis skills

Location

The candidate can work remotely in Germany or Ireland and will be connected with local mentors. There is some travel within and beyond Europe required for this position (once COVID restrictions lift).
